Out of necessity was out of some ingredients used coconut nectar for maple syrup and teff flour for the almond flour. Let me make machhine clear, just because something is gluten-free does not mean it is "healthy".

Remove from mschine oven and let cool for about an hour. Some people are dedicated to the sweet white rice flour. I followed the recipe exactly, using brown sugar for the sweetener. Just sub out and it should be fine.

    Could you please send macuine the scaled down version of this recipe, then fell when baking start. Add butter or coconut oil and stir until it is incorporated with dry ingredients in small pieces. Would you have any idea why or any suggestions. Never hurts to ask right.

    I think I need to make this bread again so I can take a better picture. Maybe check her instructions and see if you can apply it to this bread recipe. It is also often combined with other denser gluten free flours to lighten up a flour blend for baking. Any rceipe about what went wrong.
