Will be making them next week for Thanksgiving. I DID make this for my 7 co-workers all men and it did not recipee make it through lunch. This has been a favorite for 30 years. We Also Love!

I just made these bars and they were so moist and flavorful. Getting older and not being able to do as much baking, I am always looking for more convenience cooking and baking recipes. Plain canned pumpkin is not sweetened and doesn't have flavoring added; pumpkin pie mix contains sugar and spices. I wanted something with pumpkin and spice! It was crockef for me.

Easy to make. I skipped the raisins and just used the store bought cream cheese frosting due bety time constraints but these were a big hit at my office. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean! Like the idea of the spices to add to the flavor of pumpkin.

I looked phmpkin up on Google! Stir in raisins. I used a 13 x 9 pan and it needed a little extra baking time minutes. I've made pumpkin bars for years but have never tried it with Bisquick.

    It was the perfect dessert to bring for a teacher lunch because there are loads of teachers, and this recipe makes a lot! Cream cheese frosting tops these bars along with those darling little mini chocolate chips. 🤾
