They became an instant favorite!!. Would you believe that consuming some flax every day mezl even been shown to reduce the risk of breast cancer. They smell fishy because they have Omega 3 in them… same as fish. If it makes you uncomfortable eating them, you may have to test another batch.

    Muscookie is what happens when muffins, and cookies fight and they all win. Then to top it off we are supposed to add xanthan gum. I feel so grateful that you are sharing all those feedback on the blog I am glad the recipe goes well without arrowroot flour as it is way better for your carbs too.     Hello; I just made these and the recipe is so awesome I am someone who loves pita bread and they turned out great the only issue is that i was not able to make 4 wraps just 2 small. The same applies for the printable, then reduce the font size to fit. Now I have a healthy snack on hand went I want to crunch on something or want to hold off hunger for a while? Rscipes what I was needing.

    Cook Time: 2 mins. Defrost hour before or previous day. The dough was so sticky, not sticky to your hands or parchement paper. Easy to roll, I ended up having to keep adding flax meal almost double.
