SO excited! They are soft. So, so soft. They also pull apart really nicely, no crumbling, no tearing, no ripping involved. My husband absolutely loved her rolls and has severely missed them since going gluten free.

Thank you so much? Next time instead of using an egg beater I plan to attach a bread hook to my egg beater because the dough will climb the egg beater as revipes mixes. Cooked for 25 minutes? Reply Anita Garcia November 19, at pm Also can you mix by hand.

Reply Connie November 21, totally off track. Used flax egg and Earth Balance spread. Ok, at pm These look amazing. I added an extra egg.

I tried this recipe as a run through before Easter and it turned out amazing. As all gluten free flours have different weights can you give the weight of your 3 cups that will help adjust to a different flour. Thank you for the recipe. It tasted really good.

Hi Julie, Gluhen size baking sheet works for this one. These will definitely be saved in my recipes!. Thank you so much. How else can you save time baking bread.

These super soft yeast free gluten free dinner rolls are ready for baking in the oven in 10 minutes. Never buy rolls again! This bread dough can be made nonfat if you like, but be sure to bake the rolls in a well-greased skillet and brush the tops with more butter. It helps the underside brown into a thick, buttery crust, and the top form a thin, slightly crispy layer. My interest in developing yeast-free gluten free recipes began kicking into high gear around , when I was writing my second cookbook, Gluten Free on a Shoestring Quick and Easy. 👯
