This cover is like the crux of design genius! The Bed Moved exudes a carefree joy reminiscent of an exercise usually only enjoyed in Typography You clearly see a movie screen but it had been simplified to a wide white box. Damon Za submitted Shifting Infinity designed by Damonza.

The cover works on its own, including the curling label. Randi Everheart submitted Connor designed by Robin Ludwig. And I love the visual playfulness and illusions that are clever and apt, but seeing the full jacket makes this one even stronger. A really great balance.

I find the cover delightful and attractive. I love that each design features the work of a different artist and yet, they complement each other so well. The title feels like it could be a little more vertically balanced within the bottom ckvers of the design as well as more prominent, but a solid design. Works brilliantly with the title.

To most of us, we have all blanked out these liv. I love the use of fluorescent colors and gold foil stamping. The cover for Was She Pretty is no different. Notify me of followup comments via e-mail.

With references to African textiles! It's lean and mean. The red is the colour of the student council armband mentioned in the story and the lino-cut theme reminded me of my art classes back in high school. This deceptively simple cover stood out by a mile for me this year.

Lazy Fascist licensed his work for the cover of Animal Money? By the way, I joined SundaySentence wordsandpeace today for the 1st time. I wanted a pretty cover that said heroic fantasy. Need an editor.

    The art here is relatively uncomplicated but it looks rich and lush thanks to the use of the gold foil and the multitude of besr shades. JF: Original and exciting, with great memorable artwork and a design that jumps off the page at you. I love how the concept behind this design is very literal but the execution is very abstract. Design by Spencer Kimble.

    Notice the angel wing and the horned shadow. The color and typography make for a great attention-grabber though the author name appears to be a little bit of an afterthought. Howard Goodreads Author 3. This cover shows how powerful and successful simplicity can be.
