I LOVE good ribs, and tinkered around with this recipe for the past few years. Apparently I got it right cause my friends always beg me to make them. If you like Tony Romas or other rib joints, you can make the same falling-off-the-bone tender ribs in your own kitchen at less than half the cost. Ribs were DRY. Flavor was off. Would never try this recipe again.
