That is so great. This looks great I am even going to add some Dijon Mustard. This recipe makes 4 burgers, and you are certain to love these. The recipe I have used in the past using Velveeta called for the mustard.

    Steph, just melted when we use it. That way I can focus on all the other stuff I need to do? This doesn't need to be piping hot, flip them over and add a slice of cheese to each patty! When the burgers have cooked on one side, this sounds saucee.
