With the new forums available here now I felt compelled to finally write down a question that's been going through my mind for ages now Which book would you recommend , which book do you consider the best available today for digital! I realize there is no such thing as one Do-it-all, but which book would you consider coming close? It really is very comprehensive. It is not a large book-, but is quite thorough, even though it contains many examples of his work.
This is a great book for anyone who is serious about black and white photography. The image was converted to diggital and white using the simple channel mixer technique, so as to bring out a bit more detail in the sky, did you use photoshop. The colour picture of Hood Canal was deliberately slightly overexposed so as to get the brightest parts of the sky almost burnt out. Nice gallery and great effects?
